  Our server was great we arrived at happy hour and of course the drink I ordered was not half off my wife wasn't happy with her hamburger being that it was red inside and my daughter didn't have any onions and bacon on hers like she asked and a manager did come out to apologize and gave my wife a free dessert but the damage was already done

  First of all the server did not listen..she only bought out half of our order because she forgot all the things we asked for and the bacon on my burger was half burned and half under cooked, how does that happen? The fries were cold and the whole experience was just bad... will never be back.

  I came in this past Monday evening (12/26). I ordered a crispy chicken salad. When I got my salad, my chicken was pink in the middle and it was not even hot. So my piece of fried chicken wasn't cooked. I told the waitress about it. I asked her for a piece of grilled chicken. about 3 minutes later she brings it back out with a piece of luke warm, undercooked chicken. How do you screw up a piece of fried chicken so bad it still has pink in the middle!?! Follow that up by screwing up another piece of chicken. Needless to say I had my meal taken off my bill. I was not going to pay for that. I will not be returning and I warn anyone who does eat here to be VERY cautious of your food. It very well may be undercooked!
