  This place used to scream Americana. After a mid life crisis, it became a middle aged hipster. They removed anything decent from the menu and replaced it with different flavors of tofu. If you like tofu, TGI's is your place! For everyone else in NKY, this just became overflow when Dewey's Pizza is packed.

  Overpriced with small portions. My wife and I ate there fairly regularly, but stopped after the past few visits. The service went really downhill compared to earlier times. One time we were seated and 15 minutes went by without even getting water. We left and as we were leaving, the greeter asked if we enjoyed our meal, I told her what happened and she looked shocked as I was clearly displeased.
  
  We went again not long after and though the experience wasn't that bad, they only served us our drinks and food but never returned to check on us. One of the sides was missing. When we asked for the check, they only deducted the price of the side and it took them 10 minutes to process the bill.
  
  Then just about six months ago, my friend came by my place and I offered him lunch and he chose Friday's. I didn't object. We were seated, got our water quickly. My friend got the same thing I did, a chicken caesar salad for $8.95. The picture of it was good size.
  
  When they brought it, we were informed that this isn't the dinner portion size which cost $3 more, rather a smaller portion and they apologized. Fine but the salad was no bigger that what would be in a bowl of a side salad. I told him that the picture on the menu is misleading, but he said there was nothing he could do about it. That was my absolute last ever visit to this place regardless.
